We're looking for a confident, motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive to join a growing business based in Huddersfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working towards achievable targets. You'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
Whether you've worked in telesales, outbound sales, lead generation, customer service or another sales-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective business customers
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities
* Book appointments for the Business Development team
* Build rapport with decision-makers and identify customer needs
* Update and maintain accurate records on the CRM system
* Follow up enquiries and nurture potential customers
* Work towards daily, weekly and monthly activity and performance targets
* Work closely with the wider sales team to maximise opportunities
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, outbound sales, internal sales or a customer-facing sales role
* Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
* Positive, driven and self-motivated attitude
* Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
* Resilient with the ability to overcome objections
* Good organisational and IT skills
* Eager to learn and develop within a growing business
