About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a busy workshop team producing high-quality bespoke joinery. You will be responsible for machining components, assembling units and working from technical drawings to deliver work to a high standard and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

* Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.

* Machine components from stock and assemble bespoke joinery items.

* Work to production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

* Liaise with Workshop Supervisors and Managers on progress or any issues.

* Follow all company quality, environmental and health & safety procedures.

* Support the wider workshop team and work overtime when required.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience as a Bench Joiner within a workshop environment.

* Strong joinery knowledge and ability to work from drawings.

* Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

* Reliable, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Bespoke joinery experience and relevant carpentry / joinery qualifications would be advantageous
