Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment within a warehouse environment. This role involves loading and unloading goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that all materials are handled according to safety protocols.
06:00-14:30pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
* Operate a reach truck flt and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
* Load and unload materials from lorries and containers, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
* Manage inventory using a warehouse management system to track stock levels and locations.
* Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying the accuracy of shipments against documentation.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Experience
* Previous experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse setting is essential.
* In date reach truck license required
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role, ensuring physical fitness for demanding tasks.
