Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
North Yorkshire | Upto £49k | Night Shift 7am - 7pm 3 nights per week

We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site, playing a key role in maximising equipment reliability and production performance.

The Role
Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
Support continuous improvement and engineering projects.
Help develop a proactive maintenance culture and improve equipment performance.
Work closely with production to achieve site KPI's while maintaining high engineering and safety standards.About You
Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing.
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
NVQ Level 3, BTEC, ONC or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
Proactive, team-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
Good communication and IT skills, with an understanding of PPM systems and manufacturing KPI's.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer offering a varied role, a supportive engineering team, and genuine opportunities for long-term development
