Site Manager

I'm looking for a Site Manager for a Kitchen and Bathroom replacement project working on Social Housing properties around Burton, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. There is the option for a permanent role after 12 weeks with a company that massively values promotion from within - 2 joiners I've placed there are now working as Contract Manager and Site Manager on other projects.

The Site Manager will be required to look after:

H&S
Inductions
RAMS
Subcontractors
Client Meetings and Reports
Site visitsThe Site Manager will ideally have:

SMSTS
1st Aid at Work
Experience with Social Housing
Experience with K&B Schemesand in return, the Site Manager will receive:

£240 per day, weekly pay, CIS
Mileage covered
Long term work
