Role Overview:
As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Your analytical skills will help provide insightful financial information to support decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide insights to management.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating closely with department heads.
Monitor financial performance against targets and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Assist with audits and prepare relevant financial documentation.
Provide financial analysis for new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

AAT qualified or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with relevant accounting experience.
Strong understanding of management accounting principles and practises.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Team player with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to contribute to team success.
