Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs?

Hays Education is looking to recruit dedicated and adaptable Supply SEN Teachers to work across a range of educational settings in Coventry, Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. We are seeking teachers who can create positive learning environments, adapt lessons to meet individual needs, and help pupils achieve their full potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility and making a genuine difference to learners who require additional support.

The Role

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs.
Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, communication needs and other additional needs.
Work closely with support staff and school leadership teams.
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
Experience teaching children or young people with additional needs, either within specialist or inclusive educational settings.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A flexible and positive approach to teaching.
