for work

in the Carlisle area

, for work supporting clients in a Residential Setting with block bookings and full time and part time opportunities available across Days and Nights.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality
care

Be proactive with managing behaviour & de-escalation

Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.

Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a small team

Must be able to maintain a high level of care

Must be trained in Safety Intervention Training, or Control & restraint
