An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join one of the UK's leading residential developers on a fast-paced traditional build housing development in Cambridgeshire.
Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality homes safely, on programme and to exceptional standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career with a well-established housebuilder that offers genuine progression opportunities.
The Role
* Assist with the day-to-day management of a busy traditional build housing site.
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
* Maintain high standards of quality throughout all stages of the build.
* Carry out inspections and ensure all homes meet company and NHBC standards.
* Support the management of health and safety on site.
* Help drive build programmes while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within volume housebuilding.
* Traditional build housing experience is essential.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-moving environment.
* SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualification preferred.
