As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will:
Support children during lessons and unstructured times, promoting emotional regulation
Implement behaviour plans and help manage challenging behaviours in a consistent, supportive way
Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
Be part of a dedicated pastoral and therapeutic teamThe role requires a resilient, patient, and proactive approach, with a genuine desire to support children with additional needs.
