Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and welcoming school community in Swindon.
This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to work in a specialist educational environment where every day brings the chance to help pupils overcome challenges, celebrate achievements, and reach their full potential. You'll work alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff, providing personalised support that empowers pupils both academically and personally.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll build positive relationships with pupils, adapt learning activities to meet individual needs, encourage confidence and independence, and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. The opportunity to help children and young people develop confidence, independence, and life skills in a specialist setting. If you're looking for a fulfilling role where your compassion, dedication, and enthusiasm can truly change lives, we'd love to hear from you. Join us and become part of a team that is committed to helping every pupil achieve their very best
