Reactive Repairs Administrator / Scheduler Required in Bromley (BR1)
Top Jobs Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving and expanding housing maintenance contractor in Bromley. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Reactive Repairs Administrator / Scheduler to become a key part of their busy operations team.
You must have experience within housing maintenance, repairs scheduling, property maintenance, facilities management or contractor scheduling

The Role -
* Scheduling reactive and emergency repair appointments
* Allocating work to engineers and subcontractors
* Speaking with tenants, clients and housing officers

* Monitoring jobs to ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved
* Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
* Updating repairs systems accurately
* Checking completed works and compliance documentation
* Solving last-minute scheduling challenges
* Supporting a busy operations team to deliver an exceptional service
We're Looking For Someone Who Has -
* A solid understanding of reactive repairs
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and customer service experience
* Confidence using computer systems and administration software
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on their feet
* A positive, proactive attitude and great attention to detail
