The Role
As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out high-quality panel repairs on a variety of vehicles.
·Removing, repairing and replacing damaged body panels.
·Using specialist repair equipment and techniques to restore vehicles.
·Realigning chassis and body components where required.
·Working closely with Paint Technicians and MET Technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
·Identifying any additional damage during repairs and reporting findings.
·Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
About You
You'll be a skilled and motivated Panel Beater who enjoys delivering first-class workmanship and working as part of a professional Bodyshop team.
You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques.
·The ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
·Experience using body alignment and repair equipment.
·A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
·The ability to manage your workload effectively in a busy environment.
·A full UK driving licence.
