Window Film Maintenance Technician - TfL Network

Location: London (TfL Network)
Positions Available: 3
Shift Pattern: For the TfL sites: Nights/Hours Sunday -Thursday 20:00 till 04:30 with half hour unpaid lunch, possible sites below;

Stonebridge Park Depot - Bakerloo Line
Northumberland Park Depot - Victoria line
Ruislip Depot - Central Line
Waterloo & City Depot - Waterloo & City Line
Cockfosters Depot - Piccadilly Line
Northfields Depot - Piccadilly Line
Stratford Market Depot - Jubilee Line.Rate of Pay

Starting Rate: £14.75 per hour PAYE or £19.00 per hour Umbrella
Once Competent Rate: £17.85 per hour PAYE or £23.00 per hour Umbrella (following successful completion of training and competency assessment)The Role

We are seeking 3 Technicians to join a team carrying out window film maintenance across the TfL network. The role involves the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of window film on rolling stock, ensuring a high-quality finish and compliance with customer standards.

Skills & Experience Required

Experience carrying out installation, maintenance, or repair work in a manufacturing, rail, automotive, construction, or similar environment.
Good practical skills with the ability to use hand tools and specialist equipment.
Experience applying vinyl, window film, signage, wraps, tinting, or similar materials would be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish.
Ability to follow work instructions and technical procedures.
Comfortable working within a safety-critical environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physically capable of carrying out manual handling activities.
Flexible approach to working shifts, weekends, and nights where required.
Rail industry experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
