Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Liaise with clients and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within architectural technology
Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Vectorworks is desirable
Experience working on projects within the retail or commercial sector
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical detailing skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
