The Role
As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a successful aftersales operation, ensuring both customer satisfaction and commercial performance are achieved. You'll inspire your team, maintain high operational standards, and create a culture focused on continuous improvement and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the Service Department team.
Manage departmental resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
Ensure team members understand and support the wider business strategy.
Drive performance through coaching, training and performance management.
Champion exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
Ensure compliance with company systems, processes and manufacturer standards.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity and profitability.
Maintain a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
Deliver a consistent and outstanding aftersales customer experience.
About You
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Senior Aftersales Leader within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercially aware with a proven track record of delivering results.
Passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction.
Organised, proactive and able to lead by example.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Driven to develop both yourself and your team.
