What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in a variety of activities, including:
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Producing high-quality products to customer specifications
Carrying out quality checks and recording results accurately
Helping to minimise waste and improve performance
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
Supporting your team to achieve production targets
Learning and developing skills across different areas of the operation
Working Pattern
This role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern, so flexibility is essential. Successful candidates must be able to work a combination of days, afternoons and nights, Monday – Friday, as part of the site's production operations.

Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Work well as part of a team
Have a strong focus on safety and quality
Are reliable, flexible and willing to learn new skills
Have a good standard of education, including literacy and numeracy skills, enabling them to follow work instructions, complete production records accurately, and work to quality standards
Have experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or operational environments
