This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced facilities professional with a background in regulated, technical, or scientific environments to play a key role in supporting critical research activities.
Key responsibilities:
Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes
Overseeing contractors, service providers, and site services
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Supporting laboratory infrastructure, utilities, and critical building systems
Driving facilities projects, improvements, and sustainability initiativesIdeal background:
Facilities or Estates Management experience
Experience within laboratory, research, healthcare, or technical environments
