Executive Assistant
Location: Canterbury

A well-established East Kent organisation is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Board Leadership Team managing key administrative and operational tasks while enhancing organisational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Directors' office
Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
Deliver high-quality board presentations and reports
Manage complex event programmes, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
Providing project management support
Manage financial administration processes, including invoices, expenses, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate board and senior leadership meetings, including agenda preparation,
documentation, and follow-up actions
Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and new starter experience
Build strong relationships with internal leadership teams and external stakeholders to support effective communication and collaborationEssential Requirements:
Proven experience at C Suite level supporting Board level Directors and Senior Executives
Previous experience working within corporate organisations
Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Resilient, hardworking, can demonstrate a "can-do" attitude.
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Strong analytical or reporting skillsBenefits:
