Unity Works has an exciting opportunity available for an Employment Advisor - Youth Team to join our team in Southwark, London (client facing). You will join us on a full time, fixed-term contract until 30th June 2027. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £31,866.09 per annum.

The Employment Advisor Role:
Working directly with young people aged 16-25 years old who are looking for work you will be guiding them through every step of their employment journey. Delivering tailored, person-centred advice and action plans, identifying goals and preparing individuals for the workplace. As well as working with employers to unlock inclusive opportunities.
