We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing Managed Services team. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll support, improve and modernise client IT environments across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, security and cloud infrastructure.
If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working with the latest Microsoft technologies and making a real impact for customers, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities of the Infrastructure Engineer
Providing 3rd line technical support and acting as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
Designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Managing hybrid cloud environments, networking, backup and disaster recovery.
Supporting security technologies including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel and Conditional Access.
Automating routine tasks using PowerShell and modern management tools.
Delivering proactive service improvements and infrastructure optimisation.
Working closely with Service Desk, Projects and Consultancy teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Producing technical documentation and supporting client onboarding projects.
What we're looking for
You'll have experience with a number of the following technologies:
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft 365
Windows Server
Microsoft Entra ID / Hybrid Identity
Microsoft Intune
Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
Cisco Meraki networking
Veeam Backup & Replication
Microsoft Defender and Sentinel
PowerShell scripting
Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment would be highly beneficial, along with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and a genuine passion for technology.
You don't need experience with every technology listed—we're looking for engineers who are keen to learn, develop and grow their careers.
