About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established luxury care provider for an experienced and ambitious Deputy Manager to join one of their premium care homes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is ready to play a key role in driving standards, supporting the team, and preparing the home for its next inspection. The successful candidate will work closely with the Home Manager to continue building a high-performing, resident-focused service, with genuine opportunities for future progression into a General Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the day-to-day operational management of the home

* Lead, motivate, and develop the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care

* Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the service

* Support the home's preparation for regulatory inspections

* Ensure high standards of care, governance, and resident experience are maintained

* Coach and mentor staff, promoting a positive and accountable culture

* Assist with occupancy, family engagement, and relationship management

* Deputise for the Home Manager when required

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager within a residential or nursing care home

* Ideally gained within a luxury or premium care provider

* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards

* A dynamic, energetic, and hands-on leadership style

* Passion for developing teams and driving continuous improvement

* Excellent organisational, communication, and people management skills

* Ambitious, resilient, and committed to delivering exceptional resident outcomes
