Location: Waterlooville Area
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm | Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in the Waterlooville area. This is a hands-on role working within a production environment, assembling aluminium frame products to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Assembling aluminium frames using hand tools and equipment
Applying tape and finishing materials as required
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Handling and moving materials around the production area
Performing some heavy lifting as part of the manufacturing process
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentWhat We're Looking For
Previous production, assembly, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
