Primary Teacher (Year 6) - Part-Time
Remedy Education are looking for a confident and reliable Primary Teacher to join a supportive primary school based in Southwark.
This is a part-time role working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week. The school are looking for someone who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain strong classroom routines and support pupils to make good progress.
Role Details:
Position: Primary Teacher - Year 6
Location: Southwark
School Type: Primary School
Days: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Pay: £180-£230 per day
Start Date: ASAP
The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
* Create a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils of different abilities and learning needs
* Maintain strong behaviour management and clear routines
* Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching where needed
* Work closely with support staff and the wider school team
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A confident, flexible and reliable approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning and development
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
