We're working with a well-established, close-knit architectural practice in Thame that is looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse range of commercial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years' project management experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive studio environment. You'll work closely with experienced architects and senior team members, gaining exposure to projects from inception through to completion.

As Junior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the day-to-day management of multiple architectural projects
* Coordinating programmes, documentation, and project information
* Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team
* Supporting project delivery from design through to construction
* Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timescales
* Helping ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
* Attending client and site meetings where required
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working within a collaborative team.
You'll ideally have:
* Around 2-3 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction or built environment sector
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* A professional and client-focused approach
* Strong IT and administrative skills
