We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Service Advisor at their well-established main dealership in Burton upon Trent, Derbyshire. Act as the key link between the workshop and front-of-house service team
Prepare and manage workshop job cards to ensure workflow efficiency
Support Service Advisors with operational queries
Handle complex customer escalations and resolve issues professionally
Liaise closely with Technicians and Workshop Control to monitor repair progress
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and aftersales service as a Senior Service Advisor
Assist in maintaining workshop productivity and efficiencyRequirements of a Senior Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or busy automotive environment
Skilled in managing customer escalations and resolving complex issues
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work confidently between workshop and customer-facing teams
Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
