* Invest in your future with our company share purchase plan

* Earn financial rewards when you refer a friend to join the team

* Keep learning and growing with our training and development opportunities for everyone.

* Life assurance with the option to increase cover

What you’ll do day to day

* Support the Bodyshop Manager with the day-to-day running of the Bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflows, high productivity, quality repairs, and smooth operational continuity in their absence.

* Supervise technicians and support staff, coordinating job scheduling, parts ordering, and repair timelines to deliver right-first-time repairs, maximise efficiency, and meet manufacturer standards.

* Monitor repair quality and ensure compliance with manufacturer, safety, environmental, industry, and health & safety regulations while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

* Support the customer journey by assisting with estimates, providing regular updates, and resolving queries or issues professionally and promptly.

* Assist with budget control, cost management, inventory monitoring, and Bodyshop administration to support profitability, accurate reporting, and overall business performance.

Helpful skills and qualifications

Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here − if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.

* Previous experience working within an automotive Bodyshop or similar environment.

* Experience in a supervisory, team‑leader or assistant management role is desirable.

* Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to motivate, support and guide a team.

* Good understanding of vehicle repair processes, manufacturer standards and industry requirements.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to support customer and insurer conversations.

* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

* A proactive, flexible and solution‑focused approach to problem‑solving.

* Proficiency with Bodyshop management systems is an advantage.

* Relevant automotive qualifications or certifications are desirable.
