Role: Senior Traffic Operator
Location: Felixstowe
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Traffic Operator to join a well-established and respected transport business based in Felixstowe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up or already operating at a senior level within a busy container environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver liaison and daily planning support

Managing VBS bookings and port-related activity

Ensuring high levels of customer service and on-time delivery

Job input, tracking, and day-to-day operational coordination

What we're looking for:

Experience within container Logistics

Experience as a Senior planner or Team Leader
Knowledge of TOPS or similar systems advantageous

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
