As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to drive performance and achieve project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage civil construction projects from planning through to completion
* Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and forecasts
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
* Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements
* Monitor progress and address risks, variations, and delays
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and senior management
* Prepare and report on project performance, costs, and timelines
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
* Strong knowledge of civil works (e.g. earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience
* Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
