Duration: Temporary assignment for 3 months
We are recruiting an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join a global organisation based in Birmingham on a temporary 3-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and a methodical approach to data management.
You will play a key role in supporting the team by ensuring information is accurately entered, maintained, and processed within company systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident working with large volumes of data, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while working to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases.
Manage large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Use Microsoft Excel to organise, analyse, and update data records.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date.
Support the wider administration team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar office-based role.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including confidence working with spreadsheets and data.
Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
