In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, supporting the delivery of engineering and environmental projects while gaining hands-on experience across installation, commissioning, technical support, project delivery, and environmental performance initiatives. You'll assist in identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, support environmental compliance, and implement sustainable engineering solutions. As your knowledge and experience develop, you'll take on increasing responsibility while receiving continuous training and mentorship.

The Role

Full specialist training and mentoring from experienced engineers and sustainability professionals.
Supporting engineering and environmental projects from planning through to completion.
Assisting with installation, commissioning, maintenance, technical support, and environmental improvement initiatives.
Supporting energy efficiency, waste reduction, environmental compliance, and sustainability objectives.
Excellent progression opportunities within a growing business.The Person

Degree in any Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related).
Passion for sustainable engineering, environmental management, and continuous improvement.
Keen to develop technically and build a long-term engineering career.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
