£45,000 + Package

We're recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing construction contractor supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive environment while working alongside experienced Project Managers on a variety of construction projects.

The Role

Assist with the delivery of construction projects from start to finish
Support Project Managers with programme management
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Attend site meetings and record project progress
Monitor project costs and variations
Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractors
Ensure projects comply with Health & Safety legislation
Support quality inspections and snagging
Maintain project documentation and reporting
Build strong relationships with clients and site teamsRequirements

Previous experience within the construction industry
Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Site Engineer, Site Supervisor or similar
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good understanding of construction processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Full UK Driving Licence
Ambitious with a desire to progress into Project ManagementPackage

£45,000 Basic
