New Meppershall is a welcoming nursing home for the elderly, and we’re currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly catering team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Assistant — or someone looking for a new challenge — to support our Chef in delivering delicious, nutritious meals for our residents. You’ll play an important role in preparing, cooking, and serving meals, as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
About the Role:

5 - 9 hour shifts, including some weekends
*
Rate of pay: £12.75 per hour
*
Supporting the Chef with food preparation and cleaning duties

A reliable and hardworking team player
*
Willingness to undertake relevant training and qualifications
*
Able to work well under pressure
*
Flexible and able to adapt to residents’ individual needs
