Services Administrator
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: 6-month temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience

The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Services Administrator to join a busy operations team. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of service operations, working closely with engineers, subcontractors, managers and customers to ensure work is delivered efficiently.
Key duties include:
Providing administrative support to the operations team.
Managing shared email inboxes.
Coordinating appointments with engineers, subcontractors and customers.
Raising purchase orders and processing documentation.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Uploading job reports and supporting documentation.
Monitoring outstanding jobs and service deadlines.
Producing quotations, reports and general correspondence.
Supporting operational reporting and compliance.
Delivering excellent customer service.
About You
You will have previous administration or coordination experience, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload. You should be confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience within facilities management, engineering, construction or another service-based environment would be advantageous but is not essential
