Part-Time Sales Executive – Existing Customers & Warm Leads
Location: Camberley (office-based during training, hybrid working after probation)
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 FTE (£20,000 pro rata) plus performance bonus
We're looking for a confident, friendly Sales Executive to join our team in a varied role focused on developing customer relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Working with existing customers, lapsed customers and warm leads, you'll build relationships, identify opportunities and help grow the business. There is no cold calling or high-pressure selling – success comes from having genuine conversations and providing excellent customer service.
The Role
Reconnect with previous customers and develop existing accounts.
Contact warm prospects within our target market.
Build relationships by phone and email.
Manage your own follow-up activity and sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Occasionally represent the business at exhibitions and events.
About You
Confident, friendly and professional.
Experience in sales, account management or customer service.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Organised, self-motivated and proactive.
Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
