Job Title: Test Analyst - Oracle HCM Payroll
Location: Reading, UK (2-3 days WFO)
Duration: 12 months (Inside IR35)

Job Description:

Occasional travel to client locations for workshops, testing activities, and key project milestones might be required.
4-8 years overall testing experience with at least 2-3 years in Oracle HCM UK Payroll testing.
Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (UK) testing.
Good understanding of UK Payroll processes, including PAYE, National Insurance (NI), pensions, statutory payments, and year-end processing.
Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
Ability to create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and defect management activities.

Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
