Whitebridge are looking for an experienced Capability/Workforce Planning Lead to support a major IT transformation programme. This role will lead the capability and workforce planning workstream, helping to ensure the organisation has the structure, skills and ways of working required to deliver its future IT strategy.

You will establish a clear, evidence-based view of current capability across the IT organisation, define future capability requirements, and lead targeted interventions to close identified gaps.

Working closely with HR and senior IT stakeholders, you will help design and implement enterprise-wide job families aligned to SFIA, develop structured learning and development offers, and define baseline certification expectations for key roles. This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking and the ability to influence senior leaders across IT, HR, Finance and external partner organisations.

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will be hybrid between home and office visits and will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
