Electrical Project Manager

We're currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor on a large commercial office refurbishment project.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high-profile fit-out from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring the electrical package is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

* Manage the electrical package from start to completion.

* Coordinate electrical subcontractors and site teams.

* Oversee programme, labour, materials, and procurement.

* Attend client and site meetings.

* Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications.

* Monitor project progress, budgets, and variations.

* Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality.

* Coordinate commissioning, testing, snagging, and final handover.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders.

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

* Gold / Black ECS

* SMSTS

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial office refurbishment or fit-out projects.

* Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet programme deadlines.

* First Aid at Work is advantageous.
