An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Engineer to join a growing civil engineering contractor delivering projects across roads, drainage, housing, earthworks and infrastructure.
This role would suit either an experienced Site or Section Engineer looking to progress or a graduate Civil Engineer seeking their first opportunity. The successful Civil Engineer will gain exposure to a wide range of projects while working alongside experienced engineering professionals. This Civil Engineer role provides excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support across multiple civil engineering projects.
Solve engineering and construction challenges.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and regulations.
Produce RAMS and technical documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Attend project meetings and monitor progress.
Carry out site inspections.
Support temporary works and lift planning.
Assist commercial teams during tender stages.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and MS Office.
HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Full UK Driving Licence desirable.
