Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to present an exciting opportunity on behalf of a welcoming and high-performing primary school in Salford (M7). The school is seeking a committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a long-term basis. This role is initially for Thursdays and Fridays, with the potential to increase to 2.5 days per week.

The Role - Year 4 Teacher
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a mixed-ability Year 4 class. You will work closely with a partner teacher as part of a job-share arrangement, ensuring consistency in planning, assessment, and classroom practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 National Curriculum
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to support learning and wellbeing
Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners and maximise progress
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
Work collaboratively with the job-share teacher, teaching assistants, and wider staff team
Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities where appropriateThis opportunity is open to experienced teachers, with a strong preference for candidates who have KS2 experience.
