A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer in Greater London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both mechanical and electrical building services, helping to maintain the safe and efficient operation of a high-profile commercial site.

The Role As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and electrical building services equipment.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing faults to minimise downtime.
Maintain HVAC equipment including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, motors and ventilation systems.
Service and repair heating, hot water and chilled water systems.
Inspect, maintain and repair plumbing systems including pipework, valves, pumps and sanitary fittings.
Maintain and repair low-voltage (LV) electrical distribution systems, lighting, power supplies and control panels.
Carry out electrical fault finding using testing equipment and electrical schematics.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with statutory compliance and company procedures. You To be successful in the role of Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll bring:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
AM2 qualification.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or a relevant engineering discipline.
Previous experience in both mechanical and electrical building maintenance.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across building services systems.
Experience maintaining HVAC and electrical distribution equipment.
