Looking for a rewarding Teaching Assistant job where you can make a genuine difference every day?

Axcis Education is recruiting a caring, patient and positive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school near Berkeley, Gloucestershire, this September.

This is a full-time role supporting children aged 5 to 11 with SEMH, autism and learning disabilities. After a successful 16-week settling-in period, the position will become permanent.

Whether you've worked as a Teaching Assistant before, or you're coming from a background in youth work, sports coaching, care, support work or community work, we'd love to hear from you. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, encouraging young people and helping children overcome barriers to learning, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• 8:30am to 3:30pm
• September start
• £14.25 per hour
• Temporary to permanent after 16 weeks
• Supporting children aged 5 to 11 with SEMH, autism and learning disabilities

Every day will be different. You'll help pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn. You'll celebrate small successes, build confidence and become an important part of each child's journey.
