Job Title: Facilities Assistant / Front of House Facilities Assistant - London

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our London team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting the day-to-day running of a busy corporate workplace, including front of house support, visitor management, meeting room coordination, workplace checks, post, stationery, contractor support and general facilities administration.

About the Role

This role would suit someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, keeping workplaces organised and making sure colleagues, visitors and contractors have a smooth experience on site. You will be a key point of contact for facilities, reception and workplace support across the building.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome visitors, contractors and callers in a professional, friendly and helpful way.
Issue visitor badges, support site access processes and make sure visitors are guided correctly.
Support front of house, reception, meeting room and workplace experience activity across the site.
Carry out daily building walkthroughs, meeting room checks and workplace inspections, documenting any actions required.
Liaise with the landlord, client contacts, contractors and internal teams to help resolve facilities issues quickly.
Maintain high standards across reception, breakout areas, kitchens, meeting rooms, signage and notice boards.
Support health, safety, security and environmental procedures, including emergency controls, accident reporting and site inductions.
Manage post, couriers, outgoing goods, incoming goods, stationery stock, taxi bookings and facilities-related administration.
Administer room booking systems and respond to queries in a positive, organised and helpful way.
Carry out cleaning quality checks and highlight any issues or non-compliance to the relevant provider.
Support the wider facilities team with ad hoc duties to keep the workplace safe, tidy and running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in facilities, reception, front of house, office support, workplace services, customer service or a similar corporate environment.
Confident communication skills, with a professional telephone and email manner.
Strong customer service approach and a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
Good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
Comfortable using basic computer systems, booking tools and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach to workplace support.
