As demand continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated Sales Surveyor to play a key role in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to the company's continued success.

The Role
You'll attend pre-booked customer appointments, accurately survey properties, understand customer requirements, and recommend the most suitable garage and entrance door solutions. From the initial consultation through to the final sale, you'll provide an exceptional customer experience while ensuring every project is surveyed and documented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Attend pre-booked appointments arranged by the Sales Team.
Survey residential properties and recommend suitable garage and entrance door solutions.
Build rapport with customers, identify their requirements, and confidently close sales.
Produce accurate technical drawings and survey information for the Installation Team.
Prepare professional quotations and detailed proposal documents.
Manage your sales pipeline and keep customers informed throughout the process, including promotions and special offers.
Build long-term customer relationships from initial enquiry through to completion.
Negotiate pricing and terms to secure successful sales.
Ensure all surveys comply with current building regulations and product specifications.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience selling and surveying garage and/or entrance doors.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, installation techniques, and product specifications.
Understanding of current building legislation and construction product regulations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A consultative sales approach with the ability to confidently negotiate and close sales.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
A full, clean UK driving licence.
A positive, ambitious attitude with the drive to exceed targets.
What's on Offer?
Salary up to £33,000 per annum
Car allowance for the first six months
Opportunity to move onto a company lease vehicle following successful probation
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Occasional evening and Saturday appointments (as required)
