Our client is looking for a Family Hub Practitioner in Redditch.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference - supporting families with children aged 0 - 19, with a focus on early years (under 5s). You’ll empower parents through practical guidance, helping improve outcomes in child development, school readiness, wellbeing, and family life
Essential Requirements:
Enhanced DBS (Children & Adults) Driver required
Full clean driving licence
Requirements:
Passionate about supporting children and families. Skilled in building relationships with vulnerable individuals
Confident delivering both 1:1 support and group sessions. Knowledgeable about child development, parenting strategies, and safeguarding
Organised, proactive, and a strong team player
You’ll play a key role in delivering impactful family support by: Providing one-to-one and group-based parenting support, including home visits and community sessions
Delivering evidence-based parenting programmes and leading engaging drop-in sessions
Supporting families with key challenges such as: Challenges in child development, school readiness, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing
Working with partner agencies to deliver tailored, multi-agency support.
Engaging vulnerable families, including those known to social care, teenage parents, care leavers, and those in high-need areas
Details:
Pay Rate: £15.31 + Holiday pay
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Friday (7.5 hours each day)
Working Structure: Primarily onsite (Hub or locations) with some hybrid flexibility
