As a CNC Programmer, you will benefit from:

As a CNC Programmer, your responsibilities will include:
Set, operate and programme CNC milling machines using ONECNC and on-machine programming techniques
Complete a variety of machining tasks, from roughing through to precision finishing
Select and maintain cutting and drilling tools, escalating wear issues where required
Carry out inspection and measurement tasks in line with quality procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, organised working environment to ISO 9001:2015 standards
Carry out minor routine maintenance and support planned maintenance activities
As a CNC Programmer, your experience will include:
Qualified through an Engineering Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, Level 3 NVQ or BTEC
Proven experience operating CNC milling, turning and grinding equipment
Experience programming CNC machines, ideally using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls
Confident using Verniers, micrometres and other manual measurement equipment
Background in precision engineering or manufacturing environments
Strong attention to detail with a methodical, organised approach to work
