Beyond Talent Solutions are proud to be supporting a well-established and growing business as they look to appoint a Payroller to join their friendly Payroll team on a part-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering an accurate and efficient payroll service. You'll be joining a supportive team where you'll play a key role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with current legislation.
The Role:
Processing weekly payroll accurately and within agreed deadlines
Updating payroll records to reflect changes including overtime, absence, statutory payments and deductions
Maintaining employee payroll information, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance
Preparing and submitting payroll information to HMRC, including FPS and EPS returns
Administering workplace pensions, including enrolment, contributions and pension-related queries
Acting as the first point of contact for payroll enquiries, providing a timely and professional service
Producing payroll reports and supporting the preparation of management information
Assisting with continuous improvements to payroll processes and supporting wider HR initiatives
Providing general HR and payroll administration to support the wider team as required
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous payroll experience (ideally 2+ years)
Has a good understanding of payroll legislation and HMRC processes
Is confident using payroll and time & attendance systems
