Position: Document Controller

Location: Ipswich

Hourly Rate: £25.00 - £30.00

Type: Full-Time 9 month contract

Key Responsibilities:

As a Document Controller, you will:

  • Manage project contract deliverables using document management tools throughout the project life cycle.
  • Allocate document numbers and create placeholders for organised tracking.
  • Set up supplier packages and conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables.
  • Manage review workflows in line with project timelines and distribute workflow comments effectively.
  • Ensure hard copy submissions to site and assist with As-built submissions.
  • Collaborate with the wider project team and support the Document Control team.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Document control and document management systems.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Aconex, EDMS, and SharePoint.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Education: Good standard of education; engineering or project management degree is a plus!

Flexibility: Willingness to travel to site as needed.
