Vantage is recruiting for a Static BMS Engineer on behalf of a well-established building automation specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a fully site-based role at one of London's leading healthcare facilities.
Working exclusively at a commercial site in Mayfair, you'll be responsible for maintaining, servicing and delivering small works across the site's Building Management Systems. Role Overview
As the Static BMS Engineer, you'll take ownership of the site's BMS infrastructure, carrying out planned maintenance, responding to reactive faults and delivering small upgrades and modifications. You'll work closely with the facilities team and key stakeholders to ensure the systems continue to operate efficiently across this critical healthcare environment.
This role offers the chance to become a valued part of the on-site team while working for a respected controls specialist with an excellent reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems.
Respond to reactive callouts and carry out fault finding.
Deliver small works projects, including minor upgrades and modifications.
Monitor and optimise system performance.
Liaise with site stakeholders and facilities teams.
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements.
Produce accurate service reports and technical documentation.
The Ideal Candidate
Strong experience servicing and maintaining Trend BMS.
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience delivering small works and minor BMS upgrades.
Comfortable working in a static, client-facing environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience working on critical sites such as hospitals, data centres or similar environments would be advantageous.
