Design Manager – Refurbishment & Recladding | St Albans | Up to £75,000 + Package
We're working with a well-established main contractor delivering refurbishment, fire remediation and recladding projects across London and the Home Counties. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join their team based in St Albans.
You'll take ownership of the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, working closely with operational teams, consultants and clients to ensure design information is delivered accurately and on programme.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing refurbishment and recladding projects, with a solid understanding of façade systems, fire safety and building regulations. Experience working with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) process and Gateway submissions is essential.
